Humanitas Academy sophomores participated in the 9th annual Humanitas Salon on Friday, 10/19. As part of a larger curricular unit on the power of big ideas, students attended this modern interpretation of the salons of the Enlightenment period to share current TED Talk ideas that students believe can have a positive impact on society today. Congratulations to these students for their efforts in the speeches and visual aids they developed. Special thanks to the Humanitas parents who assisted with the event. It was an informative and intellectually engaging day.
